Website widget

Putting a project's building, its availability and an enquiry form on your own website with one line of code, and where those enquiries go.

The website widget puts a project on your own website: the building with its floors and units, what is still available, and an enquiry form. You add it with one line of code. The availability is the same as on the marketplace, so the page on your site never needs updating by hand, and every enquiry arrives in the CRM as a lead.

The Widget tab is for admins, on the web.

Before you start

The widget shows only a project that is on the marketplace: published, by an agency SADE has verified. Until then the tab reads “The widget shows once the project is on the marketplace.” See Publish on the marketplace.

You also need someone who can edit your website, or access to its page editor, to paste the code in.

Get the code

  1. Open the project and click the Widget tab.
  2. Choose Your colour, the colour of the buttons and highlights. Pick your brand’s colour.
  3. If the project’s country has more than one language, choose the Language of the widget, such as SQ or EN. It starts on the country’s own language.
  4. Under Code for your website, click Copy code. You see “Code copied”.
  5. Paste the code into your website, at the place on the page where the widget should appear.

Below the code, Preview shows the widget exactly as it will look, live.

The code is one line, like this:

<script src="https://sadegre.com/embed.js" data-project="…" data-market="al" data-lang="sq" data-color="5011d9" async></script>
Part What it is
data-project Your project. The CRM fills it in.
data-market The marketplace of the project’s country, such as al for Albania. It is not a choice: it follows the project’s location.
data-lang The widget’s language.
data-color Your colour, as six hexadecimal digits without the #. Anything else is ignored and the widget keeps SADE’s colours.

Important: the colour and the language live in the line of code, not in the CRM. To change them, choose them again on the Widget tab, copy the new code, and replace the old line on your website.

What visitors see

The widget opens in a frame on your page, as wide as the space you give it, and grows to fit its content. It shows:

  • the project’s name;
  • the building, with its floors and units, and your traced floor plans and facade if you made them;
  • which units are available. Units on hold show as Reserved, as they do on the marketplace;
  • an enquiry form;
  • a small “SADE” link to the full project page on the marketplace.

When you sell or reserve a unit in the CRM, the widget shows it within a few minutes.

Where enquiries go

The enquiry form asks for the visitor’s name, an email or a phone number, and a message. The visitor can also choose the unit they are asking about, from the units that are not sold.

Each enquiry becomes a lead for your agency:

  • its source is Website widget;
  • the address of the page on your website where the widget sits is recorded with it;
  • the unit, if the visitor chose one, is named in the message and counted on the board’s Enquiries lens;
  • your lead routing gives it to an agent like any other enquiry, and the agent’s alert names the project.

Tip: every widget lead carries the source Website widget, so your agents can tell at once that the buyer found the project on your own site rather than on the marketplace.

An example

Ndërtimi Arbëria wants Rezidenca Liqeni on its own website. Ilir Dervishi opens the project’s Widget tab, sets Your colour to the developer’s purple, #5011d9, and keeps the Language on SQ for Albanian. He clicks Copy code and emails the line to the developer’s web designer, who pastes it on the project page of their site.

That evening Mirela Gjoka opens the developer’s site, clicks floor 4 of Pallati B on the facade, chooses a unit in the form and asks whether it has parking. The enquiry arrives in Tirana Living’s CRM as a lead from Website widget, naming the project and the unit. The routing rules give it to Erjona Hasani, who calls Mirela the next morning.
