Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, so you can try SADE CRM before you pay anything. If you pay and it still isn't right for you, this policy explains when you get your money back and how to ask.
1. Subscriptions
- You can ask for a full refund within 30 days of the first payment for a subscription, monthly or yearly, for any reason.
- If a yearly subscription renews and you did not mean to keep it, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of the renewal date.
- Other payments are not refunded once 30 days have passed, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Your plan then stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
2. Promotions
For featured listings, boosts and project campaigns on the SADE marketplace, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of buying. If the promotion has not started yet, you get the full amount back; if it has, you get back the part for the days it has not run.
3. Mistakes
If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or charged the wrong amount, we refund the difference in full, whenever you tell us.
4. How to ask for a refund
Write to [email protected] with your agency's name and the payment's reference, which you will find under Payments on the billing page in the CRM. For orders placed through our online checkout, you can also contact PayPro Global, Inc., our reseller, using the details in your order confirmation email.
We answer within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to the way you paid (card, PayPal, or the bank account a transfer came from), normally within 10 business days, though your bank may take longer to show it.
5. After a refund
When a subscription payment is refunded, the paid plan ends, and your data is kept as described in our Terms of Service. A refunded promotion stops running.
This policy does not limit any rights you have under the law.
